HE Assistant Director of Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republican, Roberto Rizzo, on Monday received the credentials of HE Fahd Bin Ibrahim Al-Mushiri, as a Consul General of the State of Qatar in Milan, Italy.

The Consul General affirmed Qatar's keenness to strengthen bilateral relations and develop joint economic and trade relations, he said that the establishment of the Consulate General in Milan comes for its commercial importance and strategic location.

For his part, the Assistant Director of Protocol Department said that all necessary facilities would be provided for the success of Qatar Consulate General mission in Milan to strengthen economic relations between the two countries.
