The Qatari-Italian relations have been witnessing rapid and solid development in all fields, especially economic and commercial. These relations have turned into strategic partnership, thanks to the keenness of the leaderships of the two countries to upgrade them in various sectors.
Milan is the leading financial center and the most prosperous manufacturing and commercial city of Italy. The presence of the State of Qatar in Milan is essential to provide services to Qatari nationals residing in the territories under its diplomatic representation (Lombardia, Emilia Romana, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adig, Beaumonti, the Aosta Valley, Veneto and Liguria), and to further the existing warm and friendly bilateral relations between Qatar and Italy working on expanding business relations, and promoting cultural exchange and people-to-people contact.
